Then later in life, the issue came back... I wasn’t able to surf or bench press in the gym. I went to PT again and now I can surf and lift normally - and when things flare back up, I know exactly what to do."

"I had physical therapy following shoulder surgery. I had pain in my shoulder and wasn't able to use my arm at all. It was difficult to get dressed and take care of myself. The team taught me basic exercises to help get some motion back and then progressed me to strengthening exercises. It took awhile but with their help and reassurance I was able to go back to all of my normal activities, pain-free! I was even able to paint my living room."
